Yes! Have you seen a design you loved that sold out or is not in your size? Request a custom order!    Custom orders can be placed on any of Salt Creek Silver's designs.


Custom orders are non-refundable or returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of making a custom reservation. Upon completion of the custom piece and before shipping, the second 50% of the payment is due from the client.  They ship within 6-8 weeks from the time of deposit.

Salt Creek Silver does not repair or resize jewelry that I did not make. I recommend you contact jewelry repair company who specializes in jewelry repair.

SCS only repairs SCS jewelry.
Natural wear and tear is natural to your jewelry.  Reference Jewelry Care page to understand how to protect your jewelry from any damage. 

I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and will assist with repairs when possible. Not every piece of jewelry can be repaired due to the sensitivity to the design and/or gemstone.  Should your original SCS jewelry need a repair, please reach out to saltcreeksilver@gmail.com for a repair request. Please send photos of your piece needing repair.

Repair requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the state of the jewelry.  All repairs must be authorized and include proof of purchase. Fees apply.

Who doesn't love a gift?!  Yes! I would be happy to accommodate gifting requests to customize a shipped package.

Yes! Salt Creek Silver's jewelry is comfortable for people who experience sensitivities. SCS only uses sterling silver which is naturally nickel-free and high quality. Most people that experience ear sensitivity have comfortable wears with sterling silver jewelry. At times SCS jewelry features 14K Gold, which also is friendly for folks with sensitivities.

I strongly recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler. Most jewelry stores or pawn shops, you can go and get an accurate size.
