RETURNS 

It is important you enjoy your purchase, and I want you to feel happy with your new jewelry! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer returns within 5 days of receiving your item.

Jewelry must be in its original condition to be approved for a return. Returns approved will be fully refunded less the cost of shipping.  Contact SCS to initiate the return process.  I will provide you with instructions. If you have any inquiries about returns, please email saltcreeksilver@gmail.com or call.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping, insurance, and costs for the returned merchandise and any resending fees for exchange requests.  I strongly encourage shipping securely, fully insuring the piece when returning jewelry. The return or exchange item is sent only after Salt Creek Silver has received the original piece. In the event the piece is not received by Salt Creek Silver, the buyer is responsible for the loss.
